I will have to admit, when I first came across these funny looking devices I couldn’t stop laughing. What will these doctors come up with next? These things just simply look silly. But I will cut to the chase and tell you that after only 3 weeks of use, I saw the results I was after.

Now as far which brand is best and what to look for there is only one thing to consider and that is the price of the unit. I say that simply because there are only two different types of extenders available on the market. The Strap version or the Noose version.
